The goal of position is responsibility for all aspects of the successful operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment.

We expect you have/are:

• Progressive managerial work experience in a hotel management or a related field
• Higher education (in hotel management would be an advantage)
• Deep understanding of operational and commercial environment
• Strong ability to collaborate and develop relationships with the owners
• Develop, deliver and execute innovative solutions
• Able to navigate any operational challenges that may arise
• Results – oriented with ability to handle multiple projects (small and large) with conflicting priorities and deliver them on time
• Leader who able to retain, develop and motivate talent
• Able to work with and understand financial information and data
• Good knowledge of English and Russian
